Philippines Regional Airports
We are currently working with Aboitiz InfraCapital (AIC) towards a 30 year concession to manage and operate Bohol Airport and Laguindingan Airport, two regional airports in the Philippines. Our team are delivering on-site and remote advisory services to the AIC team under a technical services agreement for 5 years. AIC are ambitiously targeting adding further regional airports to their portfolio in the coming years.
Mactan-Cebu International Airport
daa International had previously worked as AIC’s partner from 2018-2023, supporting both on the regional airport projects and in the due diligence and preparation for Mactan-Cebu Airport. We understood the Aboitiz Vision for its airports division and the importance of a successful transition and execution.
Our team are worked with AIC on a Transition and Integration Plan Services which ensured that AIC could confidently progress through each stage, we set strong foundations across all of the airport’s functions and equipped AIC with the plans and strategies to exceed its investment case.
