Property Development and Management – Dublin Airport Central

The award-winning Dublin Airport Central ONE, TWO and THREE development is a unique, highly efficient and truly connected business location that creates an economic area of strategic national importance leveraging the economic synergies between the airport and the world’s top multi-national corporations.

Dublin Airport Central

Dublin Airport Central is the location of the first phase of the vibrant business centre with national and multinational commercial tenants. Major refurbishment work commenced on the existing 8,300 square metre building which now homes our tenant ESB International. The five-storey building was stripped down to its concrete shell before undergoing a radical upgrade and modernisation process to become a signature new business campus for Dublin City. Dublin Airport Central (DAC) achieved the 2017 Chambers Ireland Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) award and won the ‘Sustainable Buildings in Excellence in the Environment’ category for the redeveloped ONE, Dublin Airport Central building.

TWO Dublin Airport Central and THREE Dublin Airport Central deliver 20,000 sq.m. of office space which incorporates a high quality landscaped 1.25-acre urban realm and city gardens. This is the first phase of the Dublin Airport Central development, which could ultimately encompass up to 70 acres when fully complete.

Location was a key factor when choosing the site; with Dublin Airport’s terminals within 3 minutes walk from the offices, travelling abroad for business is easier than ever before. Another selling point for this commercial development was the ease at which businesses can host colleagues and clients who have travelled internationally to meet, they can join immediately as they step off their flight. There are also many hotels that are walking distance from the office space.

The location of Dublin Airport Central is home to an incredible environment. A short commute from surrounding popular coastal areas such as Malahide, Howth, Swords and Portmarnock, where many wonderful cafes and restaurants create a relaxed and enjoyable meeting space.
