Gia Binh International Airport is a major greenfield development near Hanoi, with daa International working alongside Masterise Aviation Infrastructure as its strategic and operational partner. From the earliest planning stages, our support spans airport development planning, design review and validation, operational concept design, certification and regulatory readiness, and Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) planning. It also includes commercial strategy across aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues, operational preparation for the dedicated VIP Terminal, and knowledge transfer to build local capability. The proposed model combines two years of advisory services with a 10-year asset-light operational contract covering airport operations, facilities management and commercial operations, supported by senior expertise in finance, strategy and ICT. Bringing international airport experience together with local knowledge, we aim to help establish the foundations for a high-quality passenger experience and lasting airport performance. Planned capacity is up to 30 million passengers and 1.6 million tonnes of cargo annually by 2030, with a longer-term ambition of 50 million passengers and 2.5 million tonnes by 2050.
