The airfield is the primary revenue earner at any airport. Without it the remainder of the airport development does not have any reason to exist. The fundamentals of airfield management lie in world class safety and security practices.

At daa International, compliance and regulatory adherence are a minimum expectation. We pride ourselves in owning, managing and maintaining some of the safest and most secure airfields in the industry.

We support our clients and partners in attaining these same standards through our management contracts and our advisory services. In addition, we retain expertise in stand planning and management, proactive airfield asset management, liaison with air traffic control, and the co-ordination and management of the airlines and service providers at work in the airfield.

We champion a ‘one airport’ approach between airfield and terminals through our operations and controls centres and we consistently improve performance through our Managing Daily Improvement (MDI) processes.
