With more than 30 million passengers annually, Dublin Airport is one of Europe’s busiest international gateways. As security performance improved in Terminal 1, the existing Fast Track product no longer offered enough differentiation to justify its premium price.
The opportunity was clear: reposition Fast Track as a distinct, revenue-generating premium product, not just a faster queue, but an elevated airport experience.

Dublin Airport relocated and redesigned Fast Track as a purpose-built facility on the Terminal 1 mezzanine level, creating a brighter, more exclusive environment aligned with premium passenger expectations.
